Professional Background:
I’m a UK‑based menopause coach and workplace trainer, supporting women to navigate perimenopause and menopause with greater confidence, clarity, and self‑trust — particularly alongside busy, demanding working lives. My work sits at the intersection of menopause, identity, and work. Many of the women I support are capable, experienced, and used to coping well, until menopause makes things feel unexpectedly harder: confidence dips, thinking feels less clear, or the emotional load becomes heavier.
Coaching offers a space to slow down, make sense of what’s changing, and develop practical, compassionate strategies that genuinely fit your life. Alongside my coaching work, I bring experience from an HR and organisational context, which means I understand the realities of workplace cultures, policies, and pressures — not just how work is supposed to function, but how it actually does. This informs a grounded, realistic approach when supporting women who are juggling menopause with responsibility, performance expectations, and caring roles.
I work with clients internationally through online 1:1 and group coaching, and I regularly deliver lived experience talks focused on menopause, confidence, boundaries, and sustainable ways of working during this life stage. I also work with UK organisations to raise awareness and improve understanding of menopause at work. My coaching style is thoughtful, practical, and non‑judgemental. I don’t offer medical advice or quick fixes. Instead, I focus on helping you understand your own experience, reconnect with what matters to you, and make changes that are realistic, personalised, and sustainable.
I am currently completing an accredited executive coaching qualification, which further informs my work — particularly when supporting professional and leadership‑level clients. My approach is grounded in reflective practice, clear ethical boundaries, and evidence‑based coaching principles. Clients often tell me they value having a space where menopause isn’t dismissed, dramatised, or overly medicalised — but understood within the context of their whole life.
